We're experienced· Owner Geoff Slawson has more than 20 years experience in video production. Straight out of college, he began his career working for the ABC and NBC affiliates, capturing the news for broadcast. Learning from the experts in the field, he gained invaluable experience in shooting, editing, lighting and sound production. Since creating TGS Video Communications in 1990 he has worked with large and small corporations, nonprofit organizations and individual clients to create quality video solutions for their specific needs. Joined by his wife Marna, they provide a quality product in a personal and professional manner.
We're professional· In any profession, ongoing training is a must. We remain committed to staying current with all the advances in videography. As members of national and local, independent trade organizations such as WEVA (Wedding & Event Videographers Association), the Illinois Videomakers Association, and the Chicago Final Cut Users Group (see memberships below), we participate in training seminars, trade shows, and have access to the latest information on video production.
